The Juniors Middle School program teaches rowing and general fitness concepts to 6th through 8th grade athletes

winter training
BCR Juniors Winter Conditioning program is geared toward Middle School athletes who would like to improve their personal fitness and prepare for high school rowing. Training will be outdoors and will include time on the erg (rowing machine), circuit training, running, and general cardiovascular fitness and conditioning. Rowers will be training toward a competition with DC National Rowing Club in late winter. New rowers are welcome!
