Middle School Team
FALL 2026

The Juniors Middle School team is a developmental program geared toward 6th through 8th grade athletes who would like to improve their personal fitness and learn to row on the water. New rowers welcome! No experience is needed, but athletes must be able to follow instructions and contribute willingly and reliably to a positive team dynamic.

Middle school training is a well-rounded introduction to the competitive sport and will include time on the erg (rowing machine), circuit training, running, boat handling skills, and on-water time. Middle school rowers will focus on the general fitness and skills needed to advance to the High School Team in 9th grade. Rowers will participate in a local scrimmage - time and date TBD.
