In rowing, teamwork is number one. Let the Baltimore Rowing Club host a corporate team building event by teaching you to row together as a team. And rowing is teamwork's best teacher. The crew made up of individuals willing to sacrifice their personal goals for the team will be on the medal stand together. Winning teammates successfully match their desire, talent and bladework with one another.

BRC can train your staff to row on ergometers (indoor rowing machines) in our facility, then transition to on-water instruction under the watchful eye of our BRC staff. Our staff will provide coxswains to steer and coach your crew from the water and a coach in a motorized launch. You supply the rowers, and we help you build the team.

In addition, the BRC has a partnership with Mid-Atlantic Management Services (MMS). MMS is dedicated to the creation of "unique and memorable" corporate experiences, and can enhance your team building experience with the BRC by adding a professional development workshop or a dynamic speaker to the event. Combine a unique team building workshop with the physical and mental challenges of rowing and the corporate event will have long lasting positive effects for the attendees.

The boathouse has a large banquet facility that can be utilized for meetings, presentations or receptions. MMS will help you cost effectively provide catering, transportation and any other amenities necessary to complete a "unique and memorable" corporate experience.
